...and forced me to leave the job . Specially my manager she was so rude with me...I will suggest every one never join Vodafone idea limited, there is no salary increment in 3 years. They will use you for 12 hrs in a day but at the time of salary or diwali bonus they will put their hands up.

Very bad experience with Vodafone idea limited, they will never understand your problems, they will deduct your salary even when you wi for whole day, managers are rediculous. Higher authorities never listen your voice. They will throw you out if you will raise your voice for anything.not at all supportive

This company salary issue is faced example salary date is 1 that day sunday salary not credited 2nd day will credited. Then i am resignd more than 5 months my pf not clossing.. This company not proper servz

Culture is not good manager always talk about sales and in name of service there is nothing and by doing such kind of efforts they no encourage there employees and name of incentive there is nothing

Team events are very rear Team Lunch once in a year No team bonding activities Huge workload every time You will be on same position for many years like 4 to 6 years you can't expect promotion
