The team managers are good. They provide help whenever needed (even if outside shift timings). The work culture is great. You're clearly told about the expectations and all the tools / support is provided. The higher authorities are also quite understanding and helpful.

Dislikes

Other guys working in different companies with same role get a better salary than me at the moment. This is the only drawback.

...d culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is very transparent. Company policies are excellent, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

...er centric organization but also takes care of their employees and associates... The culture is something that will motivate you to work here apart from job role and salary. Just joined 6 months back as an customer service associate and working from home since then and waiting to hit floor when offices will open for associates... Hope, will get a great career opportunities ahead.

Joined 6 months back and i am at best place so nothing to dislike just the roles and team keeps changing...you might felt odd but there is a good thing to that as well, you get to know a lot of people and their experiences..
