The worst company, they just listen what there on roll employees says , off roll executives are nothing for them they will just use you and they will throw you out from company whenever they want. I left this company during covid-19 as my whole family was corona positive and my jiju and tau g got expired due to corona, so I requestto the company pls provide work from home facility to me and I applied for sick leaves as well but they pressurized me and forced me to leave the job . Specially my manager she was so rude with me...I will suggest every one never join Vodafone idea limited, there is no salary increment in 3 years. They will use you for 12 hrs in a day but at the time of salary or diwali bonus they will put their hands up....Read More

Very bad experience with Vodafone idea limited, they will never understand your problems, they will deduct your salary even when you wi for whole day, managers are rediculous. Higher authorities never listen your voice. They will throw you out if you will raise your voice for anything.not at all supportive

Worst experience, ofiicially it's 9 hrs job but they will call you early morning and till 9 pm.you have to be there, and without any over time there is no facility for girls.

Recently company was terminate me due some dispute happened at worked place with team assistant after that with any prior notice they have me transfer to other store.After works 1 week in other store I decided to give resignation and I email it to my store manager and serve notice period of 30 days.suddenly on 7-jun-2018 the manager send a msg on what app group that told me to don't report from tomorrow to this store and any other store.I am surprised what happened after some time time I call to my agency through which I am appointed next day I visited the agency they told me that the dispute happened at the store with assist there for HR took decision to terminate me.I told if company really want to terminate me so why they give me transfer to other store and why they not inform me at time of transfer that company can terminate me any time.company never give any idea regarding my termination suddenly told don't report the store.mean never think about employees that suddenly company terminate the employees with out giving any idia to them.when they give me transfer at that time if they told me you can be terminate so I'll make a back up plan or start searching for other job but they never do that and directly terminate me.so now I'm job less laso they never provide me experience letter even company never me the other chance....Read More
