No work life balance in recruitment team. They give 3%hike on salary each year. No promotion, No learning. They ask to work on Sundays without comp off. On paper it's 5 days working, but the recruitment team is working for 6 days, sometimes on Sundays as well.

The company hampers the work life balance. I have to work for long hours without any appreciatio.My team was good but my managers were pathetic.

There is a positive working environment within my team and kind of projects we get are very different from each other providing learning and development opportunities.
