Don't even think about appraisal. 😅
Work culture is good until you score good and met all requirements if not met they will show you the real face and keep pressuring until you met there requirement also the manager don't know how to talk to there employees treating them like a trash keep forcing to change employee department or they give threats of termination
Salary is low and work pressure is high they keep pressuring until you leave the job and do not give leave as per your need even if someone is really sick in the family they do not grant leave keep tangled in there talk like you can do everything in 15k

Worked for Vodafone UK process, at the beginning the process was with FIS and I was very much happy there and after the process was outsourced to TP I only had bad experiences. The worst experience is their policy.
1-Salary is always received on time.
2-If you work on a festival, you will be compensated with a day of leave.
3-If you work on the national holidays like Republic Day (26 January), Independence Day (15 August), Gandhi Jayanti (2 October) extra amount will be given for that day.
4-Mediclaim policy is provided by the employer after deducting small amount.
1-The work pressure is very high, A Negative work environment, Working Hours longer than usual.
2-The company does not give any kind of bonus and rewards on the festivals.
3-A very complex appraisal policy.
4-No Session or activities conduct by the (EC) to the employees for their mental health.
5-Lunch break will not given as per you wish, you have to take the lunch break as per the strict schedule or supervisor.
6-Managers are more focused on office politics than work.
7-A favorite employee is given preference over a capable employee, You will get promotion only if you are the manager's favorite, this is the reason why capable employees are not able to get promotion here.
8-Higher level never like to hear ''NO'' from you here, For ex. if you have a holiday and if an employee takes leave without informing to your team leader, then you will have to work in his place even on you holiday.
9-You are not given any exception even if you are ill, and the employee care (EC) only listen to the superiors here, agents are hardly supported.
10-There is no transparency in the HR policy, agents will always get threats of being terminate from work in the name of policy.
11-Higher level put pressure on you to meet (KPI) targets and force you to do unethical activities, due to which your job will always be at risk.
12-You will not get any technical help from the IT staff, it is the supervisors who take the decisions and terminate employees.
13-Many times there has been a delay in marking attendance by the managers, due to which the employee has to suffer financially.
