Worthless organization to go for, so many people haven't received salary for 3 months and even more including me, worst management I've seen, no job security they will throw you anywhere they want according to business requirements and will fire you at any point of time. TL's and other people will give you unbearable pressure and won't even care about your situation and health, people admitted in the hospital are forces to join and complete log in hours and also we have to keep begging for salary with thousands of mail, and no reply from there end. Isse zyada ghatiya company ya process aj tak nhi dekha! Shame on you guys! Shame on teleperformance! Its a fraud to appoint people as senior and then force them to work for a lower level! I will sue you guys for sure.

There is no work life balance, there is no proper salary , they are doing us with extra hours other than our shift timings , no proper timings , no proper week offs , full politics in office. No shift allowances, No two way Cab , they are doing just business with employee health. If we are doing night shifts ,if we ask for one day leave they were asking like where is documented proof. Don't waste your career

They did not have good management The management did not have knowledge about the work even the Associates know the work more than them and Management put so much pressure on employees.Even we dont have proper Time to Eat and cancelling the weekoffs. So much Partiality in promotions. i dont suggest any other employee to work there and now work from was closed ,all emplyees under work from home lose their JOBS now.

The company has lot of policies for it's client but when it comes to their employees they bare care about them, everytime we hear this candidate got ZTP this candidate got terminated. Clients and the organization itself do not care as they know very well if one employee leaves automatically someone else will automatically com in his/her place as there are thousands of employees working for this company. There is pressure regarding the performance as well.

Worst worst worst Company. No work life balance, no job security. U have to be manager's favorite for promotions.Unprofessional managers who will humiliate one or the other Employee.There is nothing to like about TP.

...ey don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.
