HR name Apporva was one of the HR's in Teleperformance switched to Taskus to get high salary and now she is trying to contact the people of Teleperformance to join Taskus for good hike on current CTC. This is how these HR destroy the career of the individual's. This is not fare and an action is required. I was the person she hired for Teleperformance for email support. I left the job just in 2 months because there was no learning and since then I'm working with taskus in one of the premium processes. Just wanna inform all of you guys please don't go for it because it will impact your stability which will further impact your growth. Stay safe and this message is not to hurt anyone it's just for the awareness....

Nothing a such.

Dislikes

No work life balance in recruitment team. They give 3%hike on salary each year. No promotion, No learning. They ask to work on Sundays without comp off. On paper it's 5 days working, but the recruitment team is working for 6 days, sometimes on Sundays as well.

It is great company and one thing i like about TP is that they gives oportunity to their grade 1 employees who joined TP from below as call agent and after 9 months of serving in orgsnisation then he/ she can apply for IJP (Internal Job Postings) and can lift or boost their profesional carrer. As maximum individual joined TP as a call agent and they became part of operations but for promotions agents not limited for operations only they can join in HR,ADMIN,COMPLIANCE TEAMS.

Everything thing has 2 sides negative and positive.The positive side already explained above but negative side is the employees who promoted through IJP they get only 15% hike in their salary and the employees that promoted previously they are working as call agents and they getting 11K to 15K depends on process in which they are working.So for example if a agent is getting Rs.12400 in hand salary and after getting promotion employee get hike of 15% and then they get Rs.14500 and he moves to some different process for taking care as HR Spoc for that process and in that process the grade 1 agents already getting Rs.15K in hand salary and the HR is getting Rs.14500 so this directly hits the motivation level of HR Executive but the more painful part is that after serving for more then 1 year still you get normal increment of Rs.500 to 600 but your HR management will not raise your salary by giving you hike of Rs.5K only so that you can decent amount of salary. On the other hand operations increase their Grade2 employees salary by taking HR Head approvals but HR management don,t have time to give approval or review their own team salaries.For their own team they don,t have time.
