Salary can’t bring the groceries itself. Employees should get an opportunity to opt in or opt out the cab services depending on their location. So that money can help in someway how.

There is no good point of in my process while i worked for the company...

Very low salary that employee can not survive and they expect much work like a labour from employee no support from higher managment and even though they preferred their know person on the time of promotiom which come outside of the company like a corrupt system..and no learning and so they can not do something for employee like some fun activity etc...may be they will improve in furtue and support their back bone of company their employees...

...ve a less chance for growth and do not expect good amount of salary or hikes.... Overall it is ok for a time being but not for life settlement because salary is less and hikes are not up to the mark

Team leads and HR team are good and interactive.... You can tell your problems without any hesitation. You can get your problem solved if it can be done

Don't go guys who are willing to join. TP makes you why we are living.

There is no work life balance, there is no proper salary , they are doing us with extra hours other than our shift timings , no proper timings , no proper week offs , full politics in office. No shift allowances, No two way Cab , they are doing just business with employee health. If we are doing night shifts ,if we ask for one day leave they were asking like where is documented proof. Don't waste your career

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

Dislikes

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.
