Nothing!!! literally nothing!!!! One of the worst ethics this company has!!! No promotion since 2 years, no hike and they remove employees giving silly excuses.

Forget about work life balance in Accenture and if you join Accenture then erase the word increment from your mind. Accenture cares only two things promote LGBTQ and fun Friday activities. Only chatu people get promotion. Forget the hard work. Accenture makes silly excuses and removes people who have salary above 20k and hires freshers in 17 to 18k. Once these freshers are 2 3 years tenured they remove them too. Accenture has cheap work culture. If you don't believe me , just join and have real time experience for yourself.

...ees & the most important the compensation & benefits which given by the company. Also during this pandemic situation without any deduction from normal salary the company has also given Bonus & also going to provide the reimbursement for Work From Home Assistant(Work set up at home).

Internal Job Posting is difficult, Which can frustrate you when you really want to move to another process but don't want to leave company, because Accenture company is a Gem in the market which stands with Good wellbeing.

...gular training and learning opportunities. Innovation plays the major role here. Salary and appraisal are not so good. But overall good

It's a good company to work for. It has been 3 years since I'm working in this company. There are things that like the most. Colleague are very friendly & Managers are very helpful. Learning and training programs are the good point in the company.

The pay compared to other organisation is little less.No Work from Home option below level 9.
