They did not have good management The management did not have knowledge about the work even the Associates know the work more than them and Management put so much pressure on employees.Even we dont have proper Time to Eat and cancelling the weekoffs. So much Partiality in promotions. i dont suggest any other employee to work there and now work from was closed ,all emplyees under work from home lose their JOBS now.

...in your work if you take stand for yourself on logical points and as per policy. but yes salary comes on time on the last day of the month but if you get late then it is upto your manager if thinks then he may mark it as half day. it doesn’t happen generally anywhere. and they split your weekoffs and they sometimes give you difficult cases of others to you in which you may have escalations.

The company has lot of policies for it's client but when it comes to their employees they bare care about them, everytime we hear this candidate got ZTP this candidate got terminated. Clients and the organization itself do not care as they know very well if one employee leaves automatically someone else will automatically com in his/her place as there are thousands of employees working for this company. There is pressure regarding the performance as well.

Worst worst worst Company. No work life balance, no job security. U have to be manager's favorite for promotions.Unprofessional managers who will humiliate one or the other Employee.There is nothing to like about TP.

...ey don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.
