No Job Security, Worst Company, Organization don't care about employees, only if you compromise the monthly salary means okay, but dont expect anything from this company, they need only work, worst clients are tie uped, don't understand your situations, family, personal life, you need to scarify the personal emotions to work this company. One of the worst MNC company, Branded only MNC, but management like act as local shops. Very worst management. Don't waste your time to join, try some other good MNC companies.

Salary and increments are extremely less. Sudden changes in working pattern without regular and proper planning( QA team). Managers don't do much work and still take credits, also unqualified managers.

Timings, pay, respect, no worksite balance, for make you join they will tell every benefits after joining you can’t able to avail them even the cab facilities. You won’t get any respect in the office. Not a employee friendly company.
