What i really don't like about the tp is that they treat their employees very badly they can't see how hard the person is trying but they've always try to feel them that they are terrible at their job they should've respect them and this is my major reason to leave the Teleperformance. They even don't understand any kind of situation the employee is going through. They even don't understand and consider the medical emergency . Teleperformance needs to change the way of treating their employees and atleast consider medical problems . Regards Ritu.
