Work life is good, people, colleagues, are friendly, staff is also good and approachable as well. It is WFH job and hybrid as well for some.

Only the salary department is weak, as compared to other companies you do not get a high salary.

The training is very good and They will explain everything properly, I was satisfied with trainer and team leader

Before joining read the policy and job role, Dislike is didn't get pending salary, no extra perks , daily pressure for meet up the target, and the hr and managers are very rude and before joining they will say that it's a 80 % voice and 20% CHAT, DON'T be get fooled on that, if you are hiring for customer service associate (voice), they will completely give you call process

...ased on the performance. They will support people who are serving the superiors. Salary also too poor. There is no proper week off after 3 weeks only sometimes getting the week off's, that also we have to beg

...the formalities they Use to clean the desk with liquids or sanitizer that's all. Even if we struggle and work for 30 days they won't give you the exact salary in the month end.

Working here is terrible experience and the growth in this company is nil. The TELE performance focuses only on the production but on compensation and benefits. To be frank this is an one of the worst benefit less company.
