Actually the thing is it's a fine company but they're paying a very less salary scale to the agents and there's no increment in the salary even if you're well experienced you get the same amount as like the freshers. Environment is good staff is supportive. You can only gain experience

...normal. They agreed to that.The manager is not ok with that i don't Know Why ! . I gone there after lock down and they are abscounded me and they didn't paid me 1 month salary when i asked for that they are giving excuses. Worst experience.. No Credibility. No Humanity. The Manager Name is Arief Pasha.worst person ever i've ever seen. He said Bad words Personnelly in Whatsap.there are many good companies there.don't Choose this one

Work environment with the peers, i.e., managers makes the subordinates feels comfortable with each and every part of learning and never judge us professionally.

Salary as per work load i.e, I am not satisfied with the salary being paid although I am multilingual and in a BPO sector working with multiple language is a deal. No OT benefits, food cards, transport benefits nothing
