It is like a government job where you job is very secure. If you are not into sales, work life balance is also sorted.

Dislikes

The pay structure is really low. Company is ready to hire people from the market at a higher cost but is not ready to provide to existing employees. The culture is sluggish, sometimes people will even bother to reply to your emails so getting your job done from support team is very difficult. The only way to grow is to do flattery of people at the top.

There is nothing to like about this company or its work culture. Management is inferior and supervisors are lacking knowledge and professionalism.

Tech Mahindra is very good company and the salary hike is also very very much good.

The people inside the teCH Mahindra is not supportive not understanding they are just team leaders manager toms they are all in groups they don't understand this staff importance they just threaten all the time to the staff if they make any of the mistakes while over the call or something like that they will just remove they just tell the people that there are lots of incentives in everything but inside there is lots of deduction and they are just giving DAP again and again

Don't believe to insensitive that u will get that with your pay bcoz till i didn't get which is of BBD, one more thing citrix software i Don't like at all on which i have do work because not at all smooth software. Thanks
