Company environment is quite good...And team leader will support us and good colleagues.Events and fun activates are good .

Appraisal will take more time....Support is average from higher team...After 1 yr of experience even though salary is not at all increased..High pressure on work they will continuously asks us for score....

There is no professional attitude in management and did not received any benefits or salary hikes etc etc.....there lot more to say...........

...rocess is of SBI process the department name is SBI MOPS ( MERCHANT OPERATIONS). Let me start with advantage of the company as the company is providing proper salary means 26k inhand and if you are completing the proper mandate then you will get 3k extra i.e if in this month there are 30 days and 4 sundays then the 26 days are working days then if the 26 days mandate is completed then we will get the full 26 days salary means 26k inhand but if you see the original salary is 23k inhand thats the salary structure of this SBI MERCHANT DEPARTMENT and the as there was my collegue who had completed 4 years in that company was still working on same pay recently by arguing with HR and TL her salary got raised to 30k means after 4.6.years so you must think about it.Another thing about this company is break time is best because my previous company my break time was worse as the break was of 1 HR so if our break is completed and on urgent basis we got nature call then no matter what happens we cant go. That impacts your health so thats why here the break time is comfortable. Thats its i like this much only about this company.

As you have read what i liked about this company now we see the dislike about this company before reading this disadvantage about company its all depends upon you how you handle the situation.Now we start there are multiple things i didnt like about this company.1) The TL is worse for me as TL should have the knowledge about the department and cases but here the TL was so confused that we should sent the mail or not and if we sent a mail then whatever if we tried to improve ourseleves then also she will come with mistakes or she will not tell you that you should improve in this manner rather than she gets angry. And the issue of this company is not matter how new or old you are the public will always keep speaking bad about you and just they will show we are good to you but such persons are making your mental health down and you ll feel sick with that behaviour so such a negative impact on your life.You are feel tired and exhausted everyday you ll feel not to go to office due to such behaviour.There is no any supportive enviorment as such persons will show that they care and but such persons make your positive life negative and toxic as hell. You ll feel completely drained off due to this behaviour. If you said something wrong to senior person so they will remove thier anger professionally.Just last thing to say that choose a job which makes your life good not mentally exhaustive i know you ll tell that all places we have same vibes but if you think that you ll handle then you can try. If you mentally stable then you can conquer any situation in life.........Peace

Nothing Attendance did not update on time salary deduction Multiple time asking documents for background verification. 28 times was already share via email Transport problem SME did not support and poke me every time with different language. Breaks problem. My other Batch mates also facing same problem I know the policy of company and procedure, however due to uncertainty unable to continue work and notice period.

Low compensation given more work low benefits and manager giving illogical reasoning always blaming the associate for the issue in their own system or software no night shift allowance although it is mentioned in your perks HR says your word will be confidential but share the confidential things with manager.The manager named Jasmine hires people based on the speaking skill which is irrelevant to the work for which you have applied and giving more time and favor to her known people
