...xt batch executives trainers are not experienced and they were not well trained. There is no career growth, Salary also not increased, No travel allowances, Politics are high by the management and some TL has worst behavior like (Garimella.Uma shankar). He use to come to office by taking alcohol and sometimes he use to talk very bad words on the floor. Skill learning is nothing in this process.

I work in a customer service department and it's a chat process. In my process, we can do work from home if can't come to the office due to any reason or in any emergency. I will say there is flexibility in my process.

Dislikes

The salary isn't good. They tell you a particular amount, your in-hand salary, but that's not true. The variable amount is included there, and in hand, the salary is less than you were told. Now, you have to meet targets to earn your money. Let's assume you complete your targets, then there will be a test every month; if you fail that, forget the money which they are giving you as an incentive.

Hr's are selfish....one hr named shubam is so selfish that I kept on telling him that I was not satisfied with my salary.... he kept on giving me false hope to increase it... but never did....later had to leave on doj.... hopeless

The first thing salary is on time Collegues are very friendly also my senior which was working morr than 1 year when i have joined

Sometimes if my score is not met so my team leader told you to go for offline on working hour or not provised any down time if deficiate increase 20 min so i have to login 10.20 pm , if i already inform to the Team lead before 3 months i have to attend a marrige party but end of the he denied to give any leave

Good company to work, helpfull staff sme are there for any work related query 🙂

There should be salary increment for work from home aswell every year because as per work salary is not that much for work from home
