Nothing much. It's a very ordinary IT company

...Most people in projects are over worked. Employee benefits are not so great. You have to beg for salary. Management does not understand good cost and bad cost. For them, every cost is bad. You will be valued only when you resign, else management will take you for granted.

...s policies. Specially with hike it always less than 5% that too not in timely... No any additional benefits rather than salary.. Even parental insurance is too high comparing other organizations. Totally profile oriented organizations they never believe in sharing.

If you are in a good project then your life will be smooth sailings. Variable pay policy is good. Leave policy is good. You can take leaves as long as your customer or manager doesn't have any problems. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Appraisal and pay package is pathetic. In the name of appraisal company distributes peanuts. Company doesn't like to retain existing employee by giving 10 - 15 % hike but to take new resource with double salary package.

Nothing to like as what tht ecompany claims as facilities are the ones given by every company.

No salary hikes. If you get also, it will be 1 or 2 percent. For anything you need to raise request. Your bags will be checked everytime. No flexible location available. You need to travel long even if your team is not present there.

Everything depends on your team,your manager,your management with whom you got a chance to work. If they are good,your life is good and if people around you are bad then your life is miserable.

Dislikes

1) No yearly salary hike or less hike ( every year they are having some excuses) 2) Manager and management doing politics and give chance to their candidates than good candidates. 3) some managers uses bench resources without billing or ever blackmail to get their job done. 4) less salary than other companies. Once u join less or no hike for many years. 5) if you try to object anything wrong in your manager then whole management will give you bad rating and fire you from the company.
