Only salary which everyone gets, but the follow hire & fire. They even fired 80 agents in one go in 2018.

Dislikes

Their work environment which is totally 3rd class, and they say there are best in industry which is fake. Will never work in techmahindra specially in Verizon US process where you'll find so much work load and you'll not even get for your personal life. One more thing. Their transportation is 3rd class and most of the cab drivers speak like owner of the company. And hijacked female agents.

Worked for Non-IT BPM domestic voice process of Narayana Health, due to worst management and horrible people taken exit from the company. People harrassing like anything, no one following POSH Only For IT folks company is very good

The company consistently made timely salary payments, showing reliability and professionalism. Throughout the training period, the trainers were extremely supportive, and during the production phase, subject matter experts offered invaluable guidance. Furthermore, the provision of a fixed rotational week off helped create a well-balanced work environment.

Dislikes

The company enforces strict working hours of eight hours per day, along with a one-hour break. While the company culture is generally positive and encourages employees to work hard, the level of pressure is significant and can be quite challenging. Unfortunately, I did not receive any promotion during my time in this role, nor did any of my colleagues. This job demands a lot from its employees while offering little in return, resulting in a lack of job satisfaction.

Only just average package of salary nothing else.

Dislikes

6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.

The work culture, the work life balance and specially the management are some of the things that needs to be taken into consideration. Some of the managers are good but not all.
