TL are not responsible for the work.No job security.They can sue you for any reason without and reason or notice or warning letters.noone will listen to you until you and hr will be on the same page no matter if its your fault or not.Work management is worst.They will not understand your situation no matter what you are going through.Please don’t join this company its worst.they will tell you extend your shift pre and post both.I suggest don’t start your carrer with this company there are good opportunities apart from this company.

They are finding reason to kik out employees ,shifting them from one process to another.i have resigned and now they are not giving me my PF . they are saying we won't give. blady burgers

Salary on time Work environment professional Had 4 different team leaders, and all of them have been supportive.

Work pressure is high and relentless High attrition, simply because of the nature of work in voice process Shift timings can vary within a single week. They're not joking when they say 24/7 process... Haha Other complaints are process based. The process that I worked in, doesn't seem to be very refined. Lot's of paradoxes and catch 22 situations... Not many people last more than a year over here

For incentives need to work hard ,not easy peasy ok Nothing dislikable.its a good job.and company. Be patient and make you mind before doing this job.
