To be honest it depends upon the project. I am in Verizon project and there is no rules and regulations. They do what want to do and if you will raise voice they will audit your chats and give u ZTP

In this Verizon process there are many people who are facing salary issue. Your bonus and OT amount get stuck if you do not have good contact with upper department. They do no provide email access to employees to raise voice or have anything documented. When you will say that anything was promised to you . They will ask do you have any proof.

No job security, biased and cutting a huge amount in salary in the name of incentive, taking money for cab, only a single cafeteria and charging useless money for one food. In the backend process asking to work from day n night even in early morning and at mid night to work that too it is a simple process.

Love the way they are supporting to their employees during pandemic crisis not a single employe fired during covid-19 and also gave full salary to every employee.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Work pressure is so high. Mangers do not appreciate your efforts. Managers deduct your incentive and change target for every month.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i hgave to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals" unique strengths. which is why i have to back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step , which is a pain sometimes.

Management is not good. Bell canada process is the waste of time. Mr. Gurmeet (Empid 38838) way to talk is not good, rude behave so i want to resign the job. Neech insan hai "tu" bolkar bat karta hai.
