No work life balance. Need to work as per your client timings. No manager interaction only client is your god. Multiple interview everytime project comes to end or any budget issue. You need to be technically sound and be ready for interview anytime. Not recommended for long term stay here.

Stability is good. Though in the ongoing global recession, many of my co-workers had to leave projects because of project ramp down and did not get any other projects. Instead of recruiting employees from bench in other projects they are hiring more from people outside.
