1) Sometimes they recruit and put you on bench. 2) Work is mostly on legacy technology but they require latest technology during recruitment. 3) Increment and promotion is not good.

Senior Leadership is very good. They encourage us to learn more advanced technologies.Projects that we do in TechM inculcates a sense of responsibility and ownership on the project. It helped us to be a team player and a team leader as well. Working in TechM really helped us to have better inter personal skills and communication skills which are very important in a service company where we have global clients.

Dislikes

Intern job postings are hard to find.Salary and perks dont increase as we expect.

... hiring team promises a lot of things. But when it comes to fulfil they don’t. Compensation and work life balance is very poor.

They should let the employees explore and not force to stick to a single project forever.

The work-life balance is good. If you get into the right project, There are lots of growth opportunities. Training at Tech Mahindra is can be considered good as well according to industry standards

The salary compensation is not very good. The appraisals are not good either.

I liked the work culture and work life balance about Tech Mahindra. Shifts are flexible and we have access to several tech courses portals to enhance our skills.
