Low compensation given more work low benefits and manager giving illogical reasoning always blaming the associate for the issue in their own system or software no night shift allowance although it is mentioned in your perks HR says your word will be confidential but share the confidential things with manager.The manager named Jasmine hires people based on the speaking skill which is irrelevant to the work for which you have applied and giving more time and favor to her known people

First lockdown started when I was working in TechM. Salary reduced within first month. People working from home using personal laptop were promised system rental, they gave less than what they promised. At the end project rampdown and resign.

Training provided by the company is good.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

Company policies are not so good.They do not give salary hike and bonus every year as per the expectation of an employee.There is a lot of politics and the seniors are also not do helpful.

No cab facility in odd hours , for female employee. no salary growth , no promotion eve 7 years of employement, no remushment for relocation .no skill development program.favouratism of upper management and clients.
