Although they provide low salary compared to other MNC but provide salary on time at the end of the month.

pathetic management staffs. Job appraisal zero %. no salary hike in U1 (associate level). Basic salary is too low. If one process got ramp down they don't benched their employees to move another new process they directly sack them. No gifts for employees in festival. There are many IJPs they releases every month but if you don't have much connection with Manager and process head after having skills you will get rejected. Simply there are lot of rules and regulations like MNC but actually they operates lower than any domestic BPO. And HRs are helpless there they only listen what the process head instruct them.

...ation for poor score but if you score well consistently there's no appreciation. Without any reason deduction of pay & PIL amount. Very poor experience. I will never recommend Tech Mahindra. Cannot think of future growth here. No pay increments or promotion instead of good scores & performances.

Overall the company is great work culture is good but the job security is not so good Company culture is really good

The BGV system is really bad and poor work-life balance, inadequate salary compared to other MNCs, excessive pressure from management, lack of career growth opportunities, limited recognition for hard work, internal politics, and inconsistent support from managers
