I like most the salary process. They provided on time salary and no salary issue. They privided double pay on goverment holidays. In every week HR comes to floors and play some games & activites to the employees.

There was nothing to dislike by my side.

Terrible Company. There is no job security but you can satisfied for the salary as the salary credited end of the month. But be aware with TL and AM as they forced you to do work in government holidays.

Tech mahindra is one of the great mnc to work with as experience . People who all are joining here as a fresher they will learn many thing how to develop thier knowledge into practically

Management Hr they are just a name and department. Misguided and misleads and the salary is also not on time. Biased work culture Negative thought process No motivation from senior People in Management are literally illiterate and are only in the position because of long time work in same organization. No appreciation of hardworking employees.

They are providing work from home I don't see much pressure it's just like any other firm and the operations team is supportive in work but the main issue is with payout they are paying agents after Batch42 and don't have a any clarification also regarding the same

Every month there is discrepancy in salary stripend salary nothing received is accurate HR team never responds neither they give any clarification on such issue they just avoid any discussion on this our main requirement is our salary they are offering a minimal salary that is also not accurately paid... Which is sad
