Nothing is great. I am from mejoral site and they only provides 15k salary in hand where an average employee of direct amazon gets 25k in hand. No growth at all here people only use for some time and they throw you back to tour position. No job security we daily listen if you don't work like thi we fire you. In this pandemic i am not getting new job else I would love to kick this job.

Dislikes

Management is not at all corporative. Company is taking advantages of covid and forcing us to streach our shifts without extra pay. No proper holidays no proper breaks.

There is no job security, Amazon is raising there targets each and every month and remain them same even in this pandemic and due to there lack of deliveries most of the agents lost there jobs because of targets and they even didn't provide job satisfaction and always tell that if you didn't meet the target you will be out from the company.

Dislikes

Job plans and compensation, job security, huge targets, pressure, not so cooperative seniors, complaint of any agent is not seen and heard by any senior and all they want just performance without giving moral support

...leads and their superiors support the employees in every aspect related to work. Also, the pay and incentives were good.

Dislikes

Being the earth’s most customer centric company, the employees in Amazon work hard to help the customers. But in doing so, the stress resides over the employees. And there are few policies in the process that add more stress.

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

I joined on sep 2020 as a contractual employee but due to god grace got converted to permanent employee during 2020 21 the work culture the management level was good but slowly things got changed.

...No promotions i’m working as customer support associate for almost 4 years No proper salary hike Managerial level people will make us work as a robot Work life balance is gone because the shift gets changed on monthly basis We are forced to work overtime and extra time during peak days will get extra payment but its very difficult to work as the call flow will be high and no time for us to take rest
