One of the worst places to work. No jobs security. Even one can not go for lunch according to himself. Seniors are pathetic. No promotion according to skills

Everything Work culture Hr department Management Incentives Paid leaves (even if you apply and get approval still your per day salary is going to be deducted) Shifts Its a 365 days of work no leave at all

Good clients inherited by Satyam Computers, good working environment and infrastructure were impressive, which are also inherited by Satyam Computers, surrounded many skilled people knowledgeable personals. Rest all good policies were inherited by Satyam Computers. I enjoyed working with good people.

...ies related to working hours, leaves, veritable pay were not associate friendly. The worst part is salary revision, techmahindra has 2 payroll revision cycle in every 3 years by postponing the dates without any reason. I will advice the whose is will to join TechM fix the salary as higher as they can. Don't depend on salary revision. Yes if you can create huge dependencies that case they can pay you what and ever and when ever you want.

I have a good work-life balance here working in Tech Mahindra Bhubaneswar. It has a global client base.

Both compensation and growth is slow. They keep many people stuck in a project even when there is very less requirement. So mostly the time is wasted.

To put it very simply, there won't be a double-digit salary hike even if you work for 10 years. The management is toxic, and it can be very depressing. Start learning new things while working here, as nothing in this company will provide you with good experience, except the total years of experience."
