Job security is not at techmahindra company is doing wrong with us and company is providing only half salary and some candidates are getting full salary at same process in GST but some candidates has been changed from full time to part time with out any letter

...k hiring then bulk firing. They never consider your issues even health problems. I had to leave because of health issue and on place of paying me my due salary they demanded money from me. In the email it was mentioned if i dont pay money I'll not get certificate of experience. They'll exploit you even after leaving the company Tech Mahindra should be asked for the ppf issues because they are doing blunder in people's ppf and hard earned money

Good Work Environment and culture. Avery supportive and always have career opportunities for the people who has the talent. company policies are good.

Salary is decent but don't have bonus or good Hike.

1. The Team Leaders & Colleagues were so good 2. Salary as committed didn't get delayed 3. Job security on top priority 4. Safe & Secure place to work, Strictly Accomplished with Government rules & regulations

1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. Asking for leaves is biggest challenge here if you ask it upper management will act like you are asking for there lives plus its so low like 21 leaves a year like seriously !? 7. HR is discriminating between process only ones who are there favs get events,brunchs ,parties & we got nothing

You will only like the friends you make here. The memories you have with them. Else there is nothing to like.

Working here will teach you how can people professionaly rob you your own money. You work really hard and the client pays really well but they take all your money and pay you less than 50% of that money, rest goes to there pocket, they will provide you as much comfort as it sufficient to make you work like a slave. You will only work and work here and will get nowhere. Just like i mentioned, as a slave.
