Work life balance is good but again its depends on the project.

1. There are no other benefits apart from salary 2. 5 days WFO failing which they deduct in the quarterly performance pay. 3. Salary Hike is for name sake you will end up getting 30 to 35k per year for highest band. 4. No technical growth. Here most of the projects are like support kind of thing so there is no technical growth. 5. Apart from job security there are no other benefits

1. Great work culture and work environment 2. Job Security is best part of the TCS 3. Work-life balance is good but mainly depends on the project. It has been great for me till now. 4. In terms of learning and skills development again it depends on the project and ofcourse yourself

Only thing I don't like about TCS is the Salary hikes.

Salary & Benefits worst for current market Don't expect Promotions until you are favorite kid for Managers 20% guys will work heavy, rest 80% of the team don't even have fundamental knowledge If you are not willing, then no learning at all

Low pay scale, low hikes, work life balance is not proper and culture is worst. And nothing is free n TCS bangalore including coffee and tea.

Job security and flexible timing based on project and manager. 9hrs logging considered at some account. Onsite opportunites are more compared to other service based companies.

Dislikes

Hikes are very less and compensation is also low. Also in Banglore office does not serve you non veg food at any of its cafeteria
