Manager was very supportive they encouraged us to keep on learning and give our best. No extra hour of work we need to do. Incase of any doubt my lead and manager used to help us understand every single details of why and how we are going to fix it.

Despite the huge hierarchy, the management is transperant. Every employee is well aware and always abide by the values and ethics the company stands for. Plenty of learning and collaborating streams are provided. Senior leadership and Managers are very understanding and supportive. I have been able to achieve a perfect work life balance here.

Dislikes

The Salary benefits are pretty low compared to other companies and so is the growth rate. It's gets too comfortable too soon to work here, with fewer challenges to explore our abilities.
