Everything depends on your client. Work culture is very cool with Rolls Royce client. TCS manager is very cool and do not inturrept anything.

Very less onsite opportunity. Less Package Very less hikes

TCS is great in terms of skill development, work culture, job security, and career growth.

It's not good in terms of compensation, getting a challenging opportunity, lack of innovation and political aspects.

Work life balance is good. For managers and above, Variable pay is just as good as nothing. Consider there is no variable and whatever you get is a plus. HR process is very bad, they don't answer any question, you may expect a reply from Prime minister office, but don't expect solution from HRs. The assets you get (laptop, mouse etc) are outdated.

HR process, and and variable pay like peanuts.

Work life balance is good but again its depends on the project.

1. There are no other benefits apart from salary 2. 5 days WFO failing which they deduct in the quarterly performance pay. 3. Salary Hike is for name sake you will end up getting 30 to 35k per year for highest band. 4. No technical growth. Here most of the projects are like support kind of thing so there is no technical growth. 5. Apart from job security there are no other benefits

- Plenty of resources to learn from. Talent development team is actively encouraging employees to learn new tech which is very good. - People are amazing and kind. I liked everyone there. - You will get amazing role only if you are lucky. Mostly you'll get something that you don't like (for freshers ) and you can't change the role. Read cons to know why. - Great place to start career and settle at later stage of your life. Not an ideal place for in-between.

...akes everyone to work in more relaxed manner. So the environment is uninspiring. - insignificant salary hike ( It doesn't beat inflation) - Takes longer time to get promoted (usually multiples of 4 years ). Your worth is measured in terms of number of years of experience only.
