The current team & people I a aligned with are quite open & honest. Like working with them. There are ample opportunities for one to explore various industries to get an experience of how each business works. Learning initiatives & access to licenses are quite great & also support for higher distant learning courses from universities (reimbursable with 2 year lock 50% +50% ). As of now flexible WFH but this depends on the team you are aligned.

Dislikes

...& procedure. The salaries compared to industry standards are well below average. They do pay well for extraordinary talent but for a similar skill sets one would definitely be valued much more outside Accenture.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Work from home to me was really saved some financial stability that's it

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

No salary hike/promotion/bonus/compensation Negligible support from Manager No response from HRs Poor work culture especially in the internal projects If you are joining as a fresher, switch within 1-2 years if you actually want to grow.

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes
