Good place to work and benefits also good for health insurance for self & Family.

No Hikes, No Growth, No Good Salary, No Good appraisal for employees, only Suggesting when retirement age is came then only will suggest to work In TCS.

...ry hard to get new process for the each employee who doesnt have job currently.. and they also pay you full if even you are not part of any process

The whole hatred starts with Package, while you are working at one of the biggest IT companies of the world, people from non engineering backgrounds tend to think you earn more than that. While you are paid as low as possible as per industry standard.

Likes

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is trnsparent there is huge cfeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are faire and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary decent but career growth is slow there is a bound id 2 years before which ypu cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees
