Since I joined as a fresher, working with the experienced once helps us gain a lot of knowledge, TCS also focuses well on skill development and learning, the access to LinkedIn learning and udemy is very useful. Also since devices are provided by tcs itself this is very helpful as not everyone owns a laptop.

Dislikes

The pay at TCS is very low, the promotion and appraisal process is really bad, the food in the canteen is also expensive and not of good quality.

They give you job security but the work culture is so worst that it makes you resign . No worklife balance and the HRs at TCS don’t respond to your mails even after mailing them 20 times in 2 months.

The HRs and worklife balance , they make you work after your logout and don’t even pay OT.

Tata consultancy services is very big organisation that is why they fails to serve better job motivation to employees.

I don't like compensation criteria at Tata consultancy services. Even roomowners are increasing rent by 11% annually but at Tata consultancy services they increases salary by pathetic rate.

TCS is very biggest and fastest growing company.it is very Good brand.and all TCS policy are very good for every employee and company.all the employee thingking very proud full.company environment is very good. thanks TCS ....

compensation is very decent but growth is slow.work pressure is very high. i have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day. i do appreciation email from my client,but they mostly go unnoticed in my appraisal. hence sometimes employee are go unhappy.but everything is good..

To be frankly about job it’s good for security of job and no fear of losing there job. Culture about office and atmosphere is awesme no words about it. Coming about the process they said us while joining they will give us training and which ever u like location they will allocate but till now it’s totally fake. Thatz it and worst increment.

...people have joined the tcs till 5 years to stay in stable financial condition. But here they provide less increment and work should be done properly within accuracy but no use of salary. Before investing for the poor people in India first try to increment our salary its a humble request I have joined the tcs in 2018 and now my salary is less and my friends and relatives are earning more then me but mine it’s just 2% they have hiked. I can understand that tcs have job security but what about the salary increment...... it’s like hell to us .... please try to understand the problem of financial problems of empolyees not about the India poor people.
