The compensation and benefits that they provide initially is very much luring but with time, since it stucks and revolves around almost same figures, it does not attract much

Leadership likes people working on very less salary and working in same position and project for long long time

...praisal.no claims no bonuses no shift allowance.low quarterly performance bonus.adjusting appraisal hike in variable pay.politics when giving performance band.no leadership connect no reward ,no promotion even after continuous top band.no HR support, rmg screws you.no matter how hard you support and perform you will not get anything.

Work life balance and punctuality in giving salary.

WFH is quite not good. It make you feel you are all alone in the team and hard to find yourself connected with the team. Also during WFH you will gonna miss the opportunity to be attached with the company standard.

It's huge organization but still everything is managed so well. The difference is only felt once we leave the organization. Will love to join again.

...ich needs improvement. Not for everyone may be but I think in my case I am true. For same role there is huge difference in pay . Although being top performer pay was one 3rd than others on same role ,just because started on small package. So negotiate hard before you join.

...uriteism under the Tata code of conduct but still it is very common in projects. Experience and talented employee get 3-4 % salary hike for YOY but favourite employee gets 7% hike minimum.
