Work culture is amazing. Work life balance is also great. But with someone like me who needs work and wants to constantly learn, tcs wasn’t the place to start. It’s good for mid level careers, not for freshers.

No hikes, no motivation, no appraisals, shit salary. Failure to recognize true potential from right employee

Medical benefits are excellent.

Appraisal and promotions are not that good compare to other companies. Variable pays are also not getting what was committed in Salary. Also right people are not placed on correct job.

Job security, need not be worried about getting projects, elevate wings.

Salary hike, once you complete elevate wings, you will receive incentive (salary will be doubled) until next band appraisal. After band appraisal you will definitely get poor band and incentive will be discontinued. Can't provide free bus pass.
