It's my 4th months where I'm standing now. To be honest,if you want to learn a new technology along with good salary package then join TCS after 8years of experience else you'll not be satisfied at all... You ll get a excellent Medical facilities here...Scope of learning new technology... Till now, my overall experience is really good.

Tcs was once prefered by employees for the flexibility to move across roles and work model that promotes work life balance.

...n and agression to grow. Extremely inconvenient work model for women employees. Salary hike is between 1 to 4% for most employees with significant variable More than work performance, irrelevant criteria are enforced to check Promotions qualification.

Role based organization is a good culture than based on your education or experience

Dislikes

TCS doesn’t pay the basic pay as per the industry standard or as per government guidelines. Also TCS leadership doesn’t worry or speak about employees wellbeing. You may observe any of their quarterly results conversation, they never speak about providing good facilities to their employees. They don’t even give a good workspace for people to work peacefully.

Depends on your mindset.... if you are someone not interested in growth, not too much into technology, not looking for salary that matches market standards it is a good place to be. There are lots of projects, so you can choose to move into another one after atleast completing one year and then writing to HR

Job security. You can change team every 3 years if you want and explore different roles.

Company not transparent on salary structure for employees.people in same designation will get salary of different range. Also promotions happen only if you are good with your supervisor who has rapo with senior leadership
