TCS has the best mediclaim, which gives min 12 lakhs max 25 lakhs coverage. Also all medical expenses upto mun 6k max 15k depending on package opted for, is reimbursed. Tcs has the best job security and provide a good sense to continue for long, if salary is not a concern.

Salary is less as compared to other competitors. Growth after certain point becomes limited. Seen most of people staying with TCS for long term, retiring after reaching senior consultant designation only. Work pressure is huge if you are a candidate who performs. Salary hike is max 5-6% even in highest band, given in last 3-4 years. Infrastructure is also not upto the mark, but mindset changing slowly.
