No Salary hike Toxic work culture Manager's behaviour with employees is quite rude and arrogant HR - the worst Too much politics No onsite opportunities

Work life balance is proper. Health Insurance benifits are very good. And also TCS provides job security to the employees.

Dislikes

Salary is very low compared to industry standers.. Even hikes, promotion percentage is very low.

Likes

Lots of people (so will find a crowd of same age group) If you land in the correct project then will get the opportunity to learn new things and work on it Onsite opportunity

Hikes Salary Management behavior NOt enough recognition To get the nice opportunity you have to be in the good book of manager (even if you are not suitable for that role)

Don't join in any project , just stay in bench as much time as u want (Your salary won't get affected ), TCS will not fire u , But Other companies will , Do courses as much as u can and whichever u want , After some years Switch company and u can tell the other company that u were working in a project and on This This technologies u have worked.No body will know and 90% corporates employees will do it.

Overall it is a good company, but it mostly depends on the project and team we get. I got a good supportive and encouraging team lead and had a good working environment.

Dislikes

The politics while giving the band and promotions and less salary and benifits.
