Zero dislike except salary of its resources who join it in the beginning and give 5 years of their life

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.job training is not given to new joinees.

Job security and company culture is very nice

They are taking new hired with good salary but not willing to give that salary to the person who is loyal and working from 10 years. Policy need to be change for the employees who give there 10 years to the company.
