Once upon a time I liked TCS about the industry standards, reputation,work life balance and skill development concepts.

Dislikes

...fficials about the unprofessional behaviour they don't take any action about it. No work life balance, salary hike, promotions, work satisfaction etc. No recognized in work.Ratings are not given based on work, it's purely based on reviewer & Manager would like to give even if you do work or not

Little job security unless and until you don't violate company security policy noone will fire you.

Dislikes

Paying low salary to existing employees and hiring outside candidates in average package. And giving yearly hike of just 2-3% however in media they will show 7-10% sometimes more. Higher management doesn't bother about you. They want their work done. Most of the higher management company working on toxic behaviour. A lot of people are on bench some are since year. Average bench period 3months min. Doesn't have anything any project.

Work culture is amazing. Work life balance is also great. But with someone like me who needs work and wants to constantly learn, tcs wasn’t the place to start. It’s good for mid level careers, not for freshers.

...m. they dont give value for the employee carrier they just want their billing . I found there is no carrier growth technically because they will allocate the project which are irrelevant to our core skills they is no hikes , i don't see any hike for my salary for last 4 years and nowadays they are not paying variable pay RMG is not allow to tag to right projects where we get onsite opportunities

- variable pay is scam for c3a plus people - toxic environment depends on team member and client (no team work) - zero job security , they will hire you any time and fire you with no reason it's like my bat and my ball if you gave me out then I will take my bat and ball with me no body can play - no salary growth
