Experience in the company purely depends on the project you are on boarded to. Job security is obviously a plus here.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Mandatory WFO all 5 days. No Salary growth. Very opaque appraisal process. Post COVID, quality of office facilities have dropped and company is not providing transport anymore.

TCS offers good work life balance and average skill development. Once you are in they rarely fire. They have variety of projects where you will be mapped according to your skill even if you are average or poor in skill.
