...uriteism under the Tata code of conduct but still it is very common in projects. Experience and talented employee get 3-4 % salary hike for YOY but favourite employee gets 7% hike minimum.

The work culture and the job security is way much better than any other organization. The policies that they implement supports employees for maintaining a great work-life balance.

The compensation and benefits that they provide initially is very much luring but with time, since it stucks and revolves around almost same figures, it does not attract much

It's huge organization but still everything is managed so well. The difference is only felt once we leave the organization. Will love to join again.

...ich needs improvement. Not for everyone may be but I think in my case I am true. For same role there is huge difference in pay . Although being top performer pay was one 3rd than others on same role ,just because started on small package. So negotiate hard before you join.

TCS is a good for salary wise and then job safety.But not much learning there.Because id they put one project you will held up there long time but otherwise we will get too much of benefits and then compare than small organization learning has very low.because small level company you can handle many issue but MNC you will hand little bit because there are lof of employee work in your project.If you want learning go to small organization if you need money go to MNC.Above these things only suitable for my job role.

- variable pay is scam for c3a plus people - toxic environment depends on team member and client (no team work) - zero job security , they will hire you any time and fire you with no reason it's like my bat and my ball if you gave me out then I will take my bat and ball with me no body can play - no salary growth
