to talk about infrastructure its very good.very good place for work life balance.but salary hikes and incriments are worst.you cant even sustain with your current salary.hikes means changing of revise letters only not in reality the salary you get after incriment was same before the incriments.

salary hikes were worst.they wont follow their policies in benefit of employee but they follow in benefit of their company.i wasted my career by working in there.expected a lot more for growth before joining.but its totally waste of time.you ll get all the help from company toupskill your knowledge but you not be allowed to get opportunity to work on it that is what i found.

The best thing which I like about TCS is they have given me an opportunity to work and start my career.

The best part which I like about TCS is that they have given me an opportunity to start my career and enhance my knowledge but the worst part which no employee in this organisation feels is promotion cycle and salary increment. TCS is ready to hire employees with good salary but they are not ready to do the market correction for salary. Its very sad to see what salary they are giving to us is very less than as compared to new joiners who is almost having the same experience. Its really hard to digest what they are giving to new joiners and not considering the tenure employee who really work hard in this organisation.

The only thing you get is job security with increment around 2% of your salary every year

No growth, TL and manager has no feelings for the employees, overall if you don't have any monthly emi to be paid then dont join this company.

My work experience till now is good. Team members are awesome . Job security is 100%.Career growth is little slow. Salary is quit low. Politics is there in every company but in TCS everything is very transparent. I have learned many things here as this is my first job.

TCS is good for freshers and juniors. its running on brand name thats it.

compensation is pathetic. year on year raise in compensation is very horrible. huge variable pay and its not paid above c2 level associates.
