Nothing to like , only one paryis decent that is salary which is decent due to my efforts that i cleared higher package interview at time of joining, after joining don't expect much salary increase

Salary and appraisal will always be less then average but work heavly depend on project. If you get bad project you will be working 12 13 h in a day with no learning and minimal salary

Working at TCS has been good, but for the last 3 years, I’ve had no salary growth or promotions. The project experience has been awful, and I’ve only experienced anxiety and depression due to the unprofessional and humiliating behavior from my team lead and manager. Their lack of respect and manners is unacceptable

Only go with TCS when all your paper work is correct means your previous company PF salary slip your marksheet degree an all otherwise you will be terminated by the back ground verification team.

1. Worst salary structure with lowest basic salary in market. 2. Due to low basic salary, huge tax cut. 3. Huge cut in quarterly variable . 4. Pressure of working more than working hours, no work life balance.
