I am here since two year(joined as fresher), in two year I have done major work, from developing complex component in angular/react to developing applications. In short I will equivalent or can say more efficiently than my senior who have experience like 5-7-8 years. The only thing hurts me, tcs doesn't recognise skill and talent of employees. Even senior from my team and other team frequently reaches for doubt, no i am not praising myself, but telling truth then why am I doing here, I don't know . I am trying to switch to company since last 4-5 month but didn't get a single call from good company (

Work life balance is good,job security is like govt job they will never dismiss or fire you if you don't did any work again company policy

Dislikes

Salary hike will be low after some year,and don't give any KY before getting into any task we have to R&D and implement that.work technology is very old,they are very slow upgradation.

TCS do provide with good medical policies for employee and there family also. The work culture is great. Company policies are employee friendly. Hike is not that great but i like the structure of all employee getting same hike as per performance band.

Salary may be less for people who join at beginning of career and intend to stay longer time.
