Salary is too low...no hikes...you have to always plead to your senior for everything...manager is not supporting....asking to come 5days no holidays and Ahmedabad branch is worst.... people are too rude ...talking in regional language...even they don't give permission to go home... it's too far from my hometown after joining I went home only one time...if you are sick still they don't give permission to go home even not in emergency case...they are only prioritising to rostering and office infrastructure.

... for if you are thinking about work life balance and Job security it is good to go but don't take the salary point of view 😢.

Salary will be low even if you worked here for 4 years also your salary will still under 5 LPA which is very less in IT sector.

Company environment, salary, appraisal and friends these all are positive from tcs...Team lead and trainers will support us at every point of time..Job security is good

As of now getting projects is quite difficult.they are very very limited projects

...nds on the project you are assigned which is totally according to business need. I was assigned to cool project , deadlines were graciously set giving ampile time and salary is low for fresher, join as an experinced professional, it would be great experince overall thanks.

Permanent job. If someone wants to stay at the starting salary and do lesser work and learn less then it is best job. Best work culture of least work.

Vwry low salary. Even the govt chaprasi earns more than tcs engineers. Very low increment of 500/- pm after 1 year. No learning in any technology which makes getting better job impossible. PS no changes after getting into project. No location change no work change no project change nothing. If you get bad project and bad location then resign is only option, told by TCS HR herself!
