Good Culture & Work Environment. Hybrid Work Culture. Management communication is quite open with regards to expectations.

Dislikes

Don't get enough Hikes. Learning Opportunities are limited. No bonus unless you're at a higher level in management. Facilities need to be upgraded and benifits like better insurance policies, etc are needed.

The current manager is very understanding and supportive and helps me in enhancing my skills

Dislikes

The salary is too less basis the work we do and also the salary is not equal or close to equal for the employee at the same level. The appraisals ratings are given way to low which doesn't help increase our salary we are not eligible for incentives too which is kind of hard seeing the increase in inflation.

I worked for 3 years and got laid off.. Poor management. I got scammed while being hired for a lesser salary during COVID. They did not consider my salary slips and relieving letter from previous organization and I got hired for a very low salary.

Great work culture, people and no micro-management. Requisite flexibility to harmonize work and personal life. The organisation keeps faith in individuals and provide sound opportunities to have inclusive relationships with clients with complete work accountability.

Need an overhaul of bonus policy.

I like to work with Sutherland. The manager are very supportive the work culture ia also very nice and tte best part was salary scale. I recommend all to work in that organisation.
