Don't get enough Hikes. Learning Opportunities are limited. No bonus unless you're at a higher level in management. Facilities need to be upgraded and benifits like better insurance policies, etc are needed.

THERE IS NO HIKE IN SALARY INCENTIVES ARE GIVEN FROM SALARY TOTALLY COMPANY IS EATING THE SALARY OF EMPLOYEES. THERE ARE SO MANY NEGATIVE THINGS IN SUTHERLAND. THEY DONT RECOGNISE THE PROBLEMS OF EMPLOYEES.THERE IS NO SYSTEMATIC WAY OF PROMOTING EMPLOYEES TO HIGHER POSITION.IMMEDIATELY THEY TAKE DECISIONS WHICH EFFECTS THE LIFE OF EMPLOYEES. THEY DONT BOTHER ABOUT THAT.

There so may things 1. Appraisal is very low it's like if u have package of 6 lakhs this company will increase salary of 10k p.a 2. Manager behavior. No one is checking if team members are fine with managers behavior. 3 politics and favoritism.

...s that the managers doesn't require to know the process as they handle people. Those who cry for salary and tell about his family situations, financial crisis they will get promotions and hike to retain them. Not trying to retain for the deserved candidates. Rewards and Recognitions are given for favorites and the deserved ones.
